SAME DAY DELIVERY ON ORDERS BEFORE 6:00PM (only at KL ^ KLANG VALLEY)

Same Day flower delivery is available for orders placed before 4:00PM (Perak , Jb, Penang)

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

Delivery time: For orders placed before 4:00PM, we will arrange delivery by 6:00 PM on the same day (Flower will be sent out by 6:00PM, the time for receiver to receive the flower depends on the traffic condition). For normal delivery method, we are unable to deliver at specific time. If you wish to deliver the item at specific time, please choose "Priority Delivery" (extra charges applied). 

Delivery Terms & Conditions

PLEASE NOTES: 

1) Contact us to place order if your order is Out of Zone.

2) Flower deliveries can be done on Mondays to Sundays, including public holidays. (We are open everyday.)

3) No free delivery for the time being. Charges may vary depending on the location between our store and the location of the recipient.

4) We are unable to accommodate requests for time specific deliveries for normal deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and maintain efficiency in our operations. In case you need the delivery at specific time, you can choose our PRIORITY DELIVERY service upon check-out. 

- Our riders will delivery hand-by hand to receiver. If rider unable contact to receiver, they will just leave it at the shipping address that you given to us. In case sender provided the wrong address, the sender will have to bear the additional delivery charges occurs. 

5）Careful delivery route planning is what allows us to do that, and to be fair to all our customers. Because every customer is important to us, we are unable to provide 9AM-6PM Specific Hour Delivery, which requires chartering a vehicle and driver to have an order delivered separately from the others. Please be advised that according to the terms of the free delivery service we offer, the placed order will be delivered to the recipient between those hours but NOT at a specific time. 

6) Please understand that there could be delayed in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Outstation order Deliveries

For all Outstation Orders (Out of Selangor &Kuala Lumpur Areas), a minimum order of RM 200 product is required.

Delivery of your order

We provide same day deliveries for orders confirmed before 4:00PM. Order placed from 4:00PM onwards are delivered the following day or any other day as selected by the customer on the cart page. 

Customer's telephone number

We use this information to contact customers in the event of problems with the order such as payment failures or delivery issues.

Recipient's full name, contact, and address

We require this information in order to deliver the flowers you have ordered. It is vital that the recipient's address and contact is accurate. We will not be responsible to any loss occurs if wrong address is given. 

Priority Delivery

This 2-hour delivery time (for order completed during our business hour of 9:00AM - 6:00PM) promise begins when the order has been finalised, including reception of payment from sender. The promised coverage area is 20 km from our hubs (see addresses provided). If the distance is between 21 and 40 km, the delivery time extends to within 3 hours. Priority Delivery service incurs an additional charges of RM80.00.

Delivery Surcharge

If the delivery address is within 10km of our shop, we can offer to deliver at specific times with Delivery Surcharge, within a varying margin of error depending on the fee.
