HOW TO ORDER?


Just follow the steps below and your order will be completed without hassle !


1. Browse through our website and choose and click on the item you wish to order. 

2. Click "Add to Cart" and the item will be added into your cart. 

3. To go to your "cart". Look at the basket icon on the top right of the page. 

4. Click on "Check Out" at the bottom of your cart to proceed with shipping and payment details.




5. Input the Contact information (Buyer's details so that we can contact you regarding your order and shipment, if necessary). 

* Please ensure you input the email address correctly, as the invoice will be sent via email to the email address provided. 


6. Shipping address is the address and contact details of the receiver. It is important for you to provide the correct information. Sincere Florist will not be responsible for any losses occurs due to the incorrect information provided by the buyer.

* Please ensure you have input the ward number and location for hospital delivery. 

* Please ensure you have input the hall/room number for the purchase of funeral flowers/stands. 

* Please let us know if you have updated the shipping address after completed order to ensure smooth delivery.


7. Shipping Method. Choose your desire shipping method. Our delivery charges is vary depending on the location of the recipient, and the method you chose for delivery. We are regret to inform that for Normal Delivery method, we are unable to deliver at specific time requested. If you wish to deliver at a specific time, please choose the Priority Delivery method (extra charges applies as we specifically assign a driver to send your item.)

* Our cut off time for Normal Same Day Delivery is for order completed latest by 3:00pm. We will proceed with Normal Next Day Delivery for order completed after 3:00pm, but wrongly chose the Normal Same Day Delivery method. 

* Please refer to our delivery information for further details.  


8. Remark: 

* For Priority Delivery ONLY, please input the time you wish to have the item deliver to you. 

* Other request such as change of wrapping colour, you may input in the column. We may not unable to fulfill your special request, but we will try our best to accommodate to your need. 


9. Message Box:

We provide our In-House message card for free. You can leave the message at the message box column. The message card will be sent together with the item ordered. 


9. Delivery Date:

Please choose the date you wish to have your order delivered. 


10. Billing Address:

The address you wish the invoice to address to. Please note that we will not send out physical bill. The invoice will be sent to the email address of the buyer. 


11. Payment Method:

We accept all kind of payment methods. Kindly choose one at your convenience.
